He occasionally acts as the Executive Directors assistant, by placing calls for her or doing her bidding to intimidate and harass fellow URTV members, and conducts some of the training at URTV.
Mr. Chiaromonte apparently holds the keys to the facilities as he was observed on June 15 at 5:00 pm locking and unlocking the door to allow members into URTV. Chiaromonte is so beloved by Garlinghouse that she endorsed the institution of URTV’s The Mad Monk Awards, memorialized in a letter sent out by URTV Station Manager, Jonathan Czarny, stating,

To his credit Dr. Carl Mumpower is the ONLY official who has shown any concern in this issue. Other officials have given lip service in the past when informed of ongoing issues at URTV, but have not gone further than that lip service.
